Return Policy for PH7 Shield

Products can only be returned for full refund (less shipping cost)
within 28 days of being delivered to you / in its

Unused, Original Condition
Provided the product packaging is unopened (this is for health and hygiene reasons)

The customer is required to cover the return shipping cost

REFUND: Once our staff has received and checked the return,

and the return has been found to comply with above-stated condition:

a refund will be processed by way of your original payment method.

We aim to refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

RETURN PROCEDURE (Must be followed please)

Any Returns must have the following information inside the return package:

- COMPLETE NAME

- COMPLETE ADDRESS

- DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER

- EMAIL ADDRESS

- (is helpful if can include the PH7 purchase order number)
